Booking terms
These terms apply to every tour you book with Daily Safari Tours, whether on this website or via WhatsApp. By completing a booking, you accept them.
Confirmation and e-ticket
We confirm your booking by sending you an e-mail with your QR e-ticket. If no confirmation arrives, please look in your spam folder first and then get in touch with us. When you are picked up, show the QR code to your guide on your phone or on a printout.
Prices and payment
Tour prices are fixed in euros (EUR). Any amount displayed in Turkish lira, US dollars or pounds sterling is only a guide based on the current exchange rate. Booking is free of charge: the tour price is paid in cash on the day of the tour, in euros or in one of these currencies at that day’s rate. The price covers the services listed under “What is included” on the tour page; anything listed as not included, such as drinks, entrance fees charged on site, photos or equipment rental, is paid separately.
Hotel pickup and return
Transfers from hotels in the pickup areas of each region are included. The pickup time depends on where your hotel is, and we let you know after booking. Please wait outside the main entrance of your hotel from that time on: our vehicles follow a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late guests.
Who can take part
Every tour page states its minimum age and any health restrictions. Guests under 18 join quad, buggy and rafting tours only with a parent or with a parent’s consent. We do not recommend off-road or rafting tours during pregnancy or for people with heart, back or neck problems. Everyone must follow the instructions of the guides, drivers and instructors; a guest who ignores the safety rules may be excluded from the activity and loses the right to a refund.
Programme changes
Weather, road or river conditions and safety reasons may change the route, the order of the stops or the timing on the day. Should a tour be called off completely, our cancellation policy applies.
Liability
You are responsible for your own belongings and valuables during the tour. Daily Safari Tours is not liable for any damage caused by ignoring the safety instructions of our guides, drivers or instructors.
Cancellations, date changes and refunds are covered by our cancellation policy.
