Cancellation and refund policy
Holiday plans change, so we keep cancelling simple. Because you pay on the tour day, a cancellation within the free period costs you nothing.
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your tour begins. Just send us a short message by e-mail or on WhatsApp with your name and booking details.
Changing the date
Within the same period you can also move your booking to another day at no cost, provided there are free places on the new date.
Late cancellation and no-show
If you cancel after this deadline or do not join the tour, any advance payment cannot be returned. Guests who miss the pickup at their hotel also count as a no-show.
When we cancel a tour
Should we have to call off a tour because of heavy rain, a storm, or roads or rivers that are not safe, you can choose a new date or get back everything you have already paid.
How refunds are made
Booking on this website requires no payment, so in most cases there is nothing to refund. If you did pay something in advance, such as a deposit, we return it with the same payment method within 14 business days after approving your request. Your bank may need a few extra days before the amount shows in your account.
